Mr. Schweizer is a recognized industry expert on hedge funds and author of numerous acclaimed financial books. He is a platform created to search for trading talent and to connect unknown successful traders with sources of investment capital. He has been involved as a future research director for over 22 years.
He was born on 27 june , 1948 in Antwerp , Belgium . He is the son of Emil and Margaret Schweizer . He received a BA in Economics from Brooklyn College in 1970 and an MA in Economics from Brown University in 1971. He was appointed co-portfolio director of a portfolio of FX managed accounts. His previous experience has included 22 years as director of futures research for top Wall Street firms and 10 years as CTA co-principal.
He has written extensively on the futures industry and great traders in all financial markets. He wrote the John Wiley popular Getting Started series. He has lectured on a variety of analytical topics, including trading investments, hedge fund portfolios, and evaluation of trading systems.
He has written several books on business, which have been translated into French. The books he wrote are - Market Sense and Nonsense: How the Markets Really Work (and How They Don't)
